We are committed to enhancing the quality of life of children, youth and adult with special needs through education and training:

  • Engendering greater public awareness, understanding and acceptance of children, youth & adult with special needs.
  • Helping individuals discover and enhance their natural talents and fulfill educational needs by providing special education.
  • Empowering individuals to play a confident and positive role in home and society.

We define children, youth and adult with special needs as individuals with:

  • Learning disabilities and educational delays
  • Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome
  • Behavioral disorders
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Neurological disorders
