Workshop Description

  • Understanding ADHD Across Ages
  • Discover sensory processing techniques that can help regulate attention, emotion, and behavior from early childhood through adolescence.
  • Explore the role of medication in ADHD treatment, including when and how to integrate it with other strategies.

Purpose of The Workshop

  • Participants will learn age-appropriate behavioral strategies to promote self-regulation, reduce disruptive behaviors, and build coping mechanisms.
  • Participants will recognize the importance of tailoring ADHD management strategies to each child’s unique needs, preferences, and developmental stage.
  • Participants will learn about the impact of ADHD on sleep and feeding patterns and routines, and offer strategies to improve these for children and teens with ADHD.
