Rules and Regulations:

1. The discount card is only available for Special Need Individuals.
2. The Card is non-transferable and transfer of the Card is strictly prohibited.
3. The card is provided free of cost to any special needs’ individual.
4. The card user can avail the services of a certain amount of discount from our affiliated organizations. Any type of offer from the discounting institution outside the offered discount will be considered as personal discount.
5. Child Foundation reserves the right to modify, update or suspend the Discount Card Program or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Once the Card expires, it will no longer be valid, and any discount services or benefits associated with the Card will be forfeited.
7. The card has to be renewed after the expiry of 1 year.

নিয়মাবলীঃ
১। ডিসকাউন্ট কার্ড শুধুমাত্র প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের জন্য ব্যবহারযোগ্।
২ । কার্ডটি অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য এবং কার্ডটি হস্তান্তর করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৩ । কার্ডটি সকল প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদেরকে বিনা মূল্যে প্রদান করা হয় ।
৪ । কার্ড ব্যবহারকারী আমাদের সাথে জড়িত প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিকট হতে নির্ধারিত পরিমাণ ছাড়ের সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। নির্ধারিত ছাড়ের বাইরে ছাড় প্রদানকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠানের যেকোনো ধরণের অফার ব্যক্তিগত বলে গণ্য হবে ।
৫। চাইল্ড ফাউন্ডেশন পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় ডিসকাউন্ট কার্ড প্রোগ্রাম বা এর শর্তাবলী সংশোধন, আপডেট বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।
৬ । কার্ডের মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে, এটি আর বৈধ থাকবে না, এবং কার্ডের সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো ডিসকাউন্ট সেবা বা সুবিধা বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে।
৭ । কার্ডের ১ বছরের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার পরে আবার নতুন করে নবায়ন করতে হবে।
